Corporate Glamping Events

Outdoors Geek Glamping is known in the event industry for excellent quality glamour camping tents and top-notch crews. We work to earn your confidence and trust from start to finish. Our team will remain on call to help troubleshoot any needs during the event. You can even select to keep one of our managers on site during the event to assist with guest needs.

We serve many glamour camping events each year where we set up between 10 and 300 tents. The core of our canvas tent line includes safari style and bell tents. We have worked with the top brands in the country, to name a few we have provided Glamping events for:
Samsung – Coachella – Land Rover – Firefly – Jim Beam – We Work

We offer full-service glamping, creative cozy lounge areas that can include furnishings, interior styling, and guest reservation management. If requested we can also collect your guest payments, provide onsite guest check-in, provide housekeeping, site visits and management.
